Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to the VergeCloud Panel
Open a web browser and navigate to
https://panel.vergecloud.com. This is the main interface for managing your domains, configuring CDN settings, monitoring analytics, and handling DNS records. Using a modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge ensures full compatibility and smooth functionality.
2. Click on “Sign Up”
On the login screen, locate and click the Sign Up button. This will initiate the account creation process. The sign up page is designed to guide you intuitively through each step so that even users who are not familiar with CDN or DNS management can set up their accounts without confusion.
3. Enter Your Email
Provide a valid email address that you would like to associate with your VergeCloud account. 4. Choose How You Want to Secure Your Account
VergeCloud provides two options for securing your account.
- The first option is to create a passkey, which is recommended for passwordless login using your device’s secure authentication methods, such as biometrics or a hardware key. Passkeys are convenient, faster, and more secure than traditional passwords.
- The second option is to continue without passkeys, in which case you will create a traditional password. Choose the method that best suits your preference and security requirements.
5. Set a Password
If you opted not to use a passkey, you will be prompted to create a secure password. For optimal security, your password should be at least twelve characters long and include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using passwords that you have used for other accounts to prevent unauthorized access. Creating a strong and unique password ensures that your account remains safe from potential security threats.
6. Verify Your Email
After setting up your login credentials, VergeCloud will send a verification email to the address you provided. Open your inbox and click the verification link to confirm your email address. Email verification is essential to activate your account and access all VergeCloud features. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also click the Resend Verification link in the panel to receive the email again.
7. Add Your First Domain
Once your email is verified, you will be prompted to add your first domain. Enter the domain name you wish to manage with VergeCloud. This step is critical because adding a domain is the first step toward setting up your CDN and DNS services. Ensure that the domain you enter is registered under your ownership to prevent any verification issues during configuration.
8. Select a Plan
After adding your domain, you will be presented with different VergeCloud plans. Each plan has its own features, bandwidth limits, and services. Take a moment to review the options carefully and select the plan that best matches your current needs. VergeCloud allows plan upgrades at any time, so you can start with a basic plan and scale up as your traffic grows.
9. Proceed to Checkout
Once you have selected a plan, click Proceed to Checkout. This will take you to the payment section, where you can finalize your subscription.

11. Add Your Billing Address
Enter your full billing address, including street, city, state, and zip code. Providing accurate billing information ensures smooth payment processing and avoids delays in account activation.
12. Add Your Payment Details
Enter your payment information securely. VergeCloud supports most major credit and debit cards. Make sure your card is active and authorized for online or international transactions if applicable. VergeCloud uses secure payment processing to protect your financial information.
13. Complete Your Order
Review all the information you have entered, including your plan, contact details, billing address, and payment method. When everything is correct, click Pay and Subscribe to activate your account.
